Legal partner

We can't run the company procedure. They can.

Partner law firm
Tallár Law Firm
Countersigning attorney
Dr. Tallár Ákos
MÜK reg. no.: 5203

Hungarian company law (Cégtörvény) requires an attorney countersignature to form a Kft. As a platform, Zenty can't provide it — the partner law firm does, with a named attorney, over a video call.

Zenty and Tallár Law Firm are independent entities. Zenty assembles the process; the partner firm carries the legal responsibility under its own professional liability insurance.

Why Zenty

Starting a company was always possible. Just not like this.

The legal basis is the same. The experience isn't.

The old way
  • You book an appointment at a law firm — 1–2 weeks.
  • You show up in person, two or three times.
  • Paper signatures, scanning, couriers.
  • Endless calls to ask where things stand.
  • 2–4 weeks if everything goes smoothly.
  • It ends once the company is registered.
Zenty
  • Start online right away.
  • You verify your identity on a video call — 20 minutes.
  • E-signature, a digital document vault.
  • A dashboard with real-time status.
  • The whole thing is done in a few business days.
  • We stay with you after registration too.
How it works

Three parties. One process. Simplified, online.

Forming a Kft. takes an attorney, the court of registration, and the NAV (tax authority). We guide you through the whole procedure — and tell you exactly what we do, what the partner law firm does, and what's left to you.

The process

A platform, not a law firm. We provide the process.

  • Data intake — one form, with smart validation.
  • TEÁOR (activity-code) suggestions based on what you describe.
  • Document drafting (articles of association, specimen signature, NAV form).
  • Real-time status tracking on a dashboard.
  • Launch handoff — bank introduction, an accountant recommendation, NAV registration.
Partner law firm
Tallár Law Firm

An independent law firm — they do the legal work.

  • Attorney countersignature on a video call (Ctv. § 6).
  • Filing with the court of registration via electronic company procedure (Ctv. § 36).
  • Legal advice during the process (in the Pro and International plans).
  • Their own professional liability insurance — a separate entity.
You
The founder

You decide, you verify yourself — we carry the rest.

  • Verify yourself on a video call — about 20 minutes.
  • Sign the documents with an e-signature.
  • Pay in the share capital (min. HUF 3 million).
  • Decide the key details: company name, activities, registered seat.

How Kft. formation works
Plans

Three plans. Priced to how you're founding.

For non-resident founders — English onboarding, a service agent, apostille and translation, a year of legal backing.

hello@zenty.hu
How much does forming a Kft. cost in 2026?
Zenty's plans run from HUF 80,000 (Start) to HUF 240,000 (Pro); for non-resident founders, Zenty International is HUF 400,000. Prices shown are gross, with VAT (HUF 62,992–188,976 net + VAT; International HUF 314,961 net + VAT). The price covers the attorney countersignature, filing with the court of registration, and Zenty's fee. The court filing fee in the electronic company procedure is HUF 0 in 2026, and the publication cost (HUF 5,000) is part of the plan price. The HUF 3 million minimum share capital is paid in by the owners — it's not part of Zenty's fee. Your company can reclaim the VAT once it's formed.
How long does forming a Kft. take?
2–8 business days from complete data intake to entry in the company register. The attorney countersignature on a video call happens within 1–3 business days; turnaround at the court of registration depends on its current load — typically 1–5 business days in the electronic company procedure.
What is an attorney countersignature, and how does it work on a video call?
An attorney countersignature means the partner firm's attorney authenticates the articles of association — verifying the members' identities and confirming the content matches their intent. Under the attorney act currently in force, this can be done on a video call, within a secure identification procedure. It takes place on a roughly 20-minute video call scheduled by Zenty, in documented form.
What happens after the company is formed — NAV, bank, accountant?
After registration there are seven more things to handle: NAV registration, local business tax registration, a bank account, Cégkapu (company gateway), choosing an invoicing system, choosing an accountant, and tracking mandatory change filings. Zenty kicks the whole thing off as a checklist, and handles a few directly (NAV, the bank introduction, the accountant recommendation).

Start forming your Kft. the way it should feel in 2026.

One process, start to finish. One attorney partner who actually signs.
