What Zenty does, what the partner firm does
The cooperation is structured to let Zenty deliver a software-mediated formation experience without overreaching into legal practice. The allocation is explicit:

Zenty is a technology provider. It supplies templates, automation, client workflow, and status tracking. Zenty is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice — for fee, for free, or implicitly.Tallár Law Firmis responsible for every act Hungarian law reserves to attorneys: countersignature, identification, representation, advice — insured under the firm’s professional liability cover.
What happens on the video call
- Scheduling — within 1–3 working days of the intake closing. Hungarian by default; English available.
- Identification— a valid government-issued ID (passport for foreign founders) shown on camera, under the procedure required by the Attorneys Act. The session is recorded and retained in the firm’s compliance archive.
- Articles review — the attorney walks through the substantive content with you and confirms it matches your intent. Revisions are possible; the document regenerates and the call resumes.
- E-signature — you sign the articles through the Zenty interface. Multi-member formations require all founders to sign, jointly or in separately scheduled sessions.
- Countersignature — the attorney affixes the required countersignature. The articles become valid under § 6 of the Companies Act, and the court filing is prepared.
Typical duration: 20 minutes for a single-member Kft, 35–45 minutes for multi-member.
Confidentiality and liability
Attorney-client privilege under the Attorneys Act applies to all communications between you and Tallár Law Firmduring and after the engagement, with the standard statutory exceptions. Zenty’s mediation does not weaken it. Zenty processes your account data as a controller for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy; the firm processes the data it receives as an independent controller for the legal work. In substance: Zenty has no access to the identification records or the firm’s privileged work product, and the firm has no access to your Zenty marketing data or platform analytics.
Hungarian Bar Association compliance
Hungarian attorney advertising and the marketing of legal services are regulated by the Hungarian Bar Association (Magyar Ügyvédi Kamara, MÜK) under the Attorneys Act and the MÜK Code of Ethics. The framing across this page reflects that compliance: Zenty does not market the partner firm’s legal services on the firm’s behalf — it markets a platform-mediated formation service that includes an extended consultation arrangement with the firm. Copy naming Tallár Law Firm or Dr. Tallár Ákos is reviewed and approved by the firm before publication.
